Inside the archive you will find a file README.txt with installation instructions.

Make sure to replace the pool and wallet address by what you’re using in all files.

Setting up Kaspa for Poolin Pool

After downloading, you will receive a .bat file that is already configured with basic parameters. All you need to do is edit the file by replacing subaccount.001 with your subaccount name, for example, poolin.001, so that the miner appears under your account.

Next, for Kaspa mining, use one of the following pool addresses: stratum+tcp://kas.ss.poolin.one:443, stratum+tcp://kas.ss.poolin.one:1883, or stratum+tcp://kas.ss.poolin.one:700. After making the changes to the .bat file, save it and double-click to start mining.

Once mining has started, it is important to check whether your miner and its hash rate appear on the pool’s dashboard after 1 to 5 minutes. To do this, open the pool’s website poolin.me in your browser, go to the “Dashboard” section, and check the status. This will ensure everything is working correctly and that your mining rig is connected to the pool.

About Karlsen (KLS) and Pyrin (PYI)

Karlsen (KLS) and Pyrin (PYI) have implemented changes to their mining algorithms.

Karlsen (KLS): introduced KarlsenHashV2, a modification of Fishhash with a similar hashrate. Support for the new algorithm has already been added by Rigel, lolMiner, and SRBMiner. Update your software and switch to V2.

Pyrin (PYI): launched PyrinhashV2 to restrict ASIC mining. The hashrate will change minimally, with a possible reduction of up to 5% depending on GPU architecture. Support is available in Rigel and SRBMiner, with an update for lolMiner expected soon.
